ZoneAlarm is designed to protect your DSL- or cable-connected PC from hackers. This program includes four interlocking security services: a firewall, an application control, an Internet lock, and Zones. The firewall controls the door to your computer and allows only traffic you understand and initiate.
The application control allows you to decide which applications can and cannot use the Internet. The Internet lock blocks Internet traffic while your computer is unattended or while you're not using the Internet, and it can be activated automatically with your computer's screensaver or after a set period of inactivity. Zones monitor all activity on your computer and alert you when a new application attempts to access the Internet.
ZoneAlarm is free for individual and not-for-profit charitable entity use (excluding governmental entities and educational institutions).

방화벽시장의 선두업체로 이스라엘 체크포인트 사에서 제공하는 무료제품이다 존알람 제품은 안티스파이웨어 ,  프로 등등 모든 버전에 방화벽이 들어가 있는게

특징이다 그만큼 성능또한 자랑 할 만큼 뛰어나다

무료이지만 내가 생각하는 보안제품의 특성을 가지고 있다 조작이 생각보다 쉽다는것이다

흔히들 보안관련제품이 한글지원이 되지 않으면 사용시도 조차 하지 않으려하는 사람들이 많다

그러나 막상 설치 후 실행해 보면 거의 막히는 영어가 없다

모르는건 몇단어 사전찾아보면 다해결된다

이제품역시 사용이 쉽다

나는 내장 방화벽을 선호하지만 개인용방화벽을 선호하는 분들에게 추천한다
