어길 수 없는 약속처럼
나는 너를 기다리고 있다.

나무와 같이 무성하던 청춘이
어느덧 잎 지는 호숫가에서
호수처럼 눈을 뜨고 밤을 세운다.

어디서 오는가.

참으로 기다림이란
이 차고 슬픈 호수 같은 것을
또 하나 마음 속에 지니는 일이다.

헌법재판소가 미디어법에 대해 절차상 위법성은 있었지만 법안의 효력은 남는다는
절충 판결을 29일 내놨다. 최근 민주당 등 야당이 요청한 미디어 관련법에 대해
무효함을 판단해달라는 부분에 있어서는 국회의 자율적 영역이기 때문에 헌재는
판단할 수 없다며 청구를 기각했다.
헌재는 절차상의 문제는 권한침해라고 인정하면서도 최종결론에서 가결선포 자체는
유효하다고 선고했다

헌법재판소는 어떤곳인가요?? 국민의 기본권과 모든 법의 최상위 법률인 헌법에 의거
모든 법률상의 하자 또는 문제를 확인하고 이에 대해 적법성 여부를 판단 시정조치를
요구할수 있는 곳입니다

군통수권자이자 행정부의 수반인 대통령까지도 물러나게 할수있는곳이 헌법재판소인데
절충판결이라는게 참 이해가 안가는군요

저는 법에대해 이러쿵 저러쿵 논할만큼 잘알지는 못하지만
절차상의 하자를 인정하면서도 법안의 효력은 인정한다라는 참 아리송한 판결문은
내놓는군요 이것도 불문헌법에서 유래한것인가 봅니다

대통령선거에서 부정선거로 당선되어도 절차상 하자는 있지만 대통령당선은 인정해줄
수 있다 라는 뭐 그런 의미심장한 구시대적 발상까지 가능한게 하는 의미를 지닌 판결인듯한데
국민들의 뜨거운맛을 봐야 정신차리려나 봅니다

헌법재판소에 너무 많은 힘을 준 그간 정부의 책임도 있지만 언제부터인지 제 4의 권력기관이
되어버린 헌재가 눈치보며 정권에 붙어가는 느낌을 지울수가 없네요

투수와의 접전 끝에 이종범이 1루와 2루 사이로 공을 쳤고 그 공을 sk 2루수가 잡아 유격수에게

유격수가 2루에서 아웃 카운트를 하나 늘리고 1루로 송구하는 동장에서 2루로 돌진하던 김상현

선수의 발에 살짝 걸려 땅바닥에 공을 내리 꽂는 장면이 연출되었죠

이를 놓고 수비방해라고 항의하던 김성근 감독 결국 선수단을 철수시켜 한국시리즈 감독퇴장

1회의 영예를 얻었습니다

일단 유격수의 송구를 방해한 부분에서 수비방해라고 당연히 어필할수 있는 상황이었겠지요

내가 sk 팬이라도 당연히 한마디 했을만한 상황이니까

당시 장면을 보면


야구에 관심이 어느정도 있는 분들이라면 동의 하리라 생각되지만 다시보니 수비방해는 아닌것 같네요

주자는 슬라이딩시 당연히 최소한의 방해동작은 합니다

송구하는 수비진은 이를 감안해서 충분히 피해서 송구를 하는게 기본이라면 기본이구요

단순히 기아팬이라서 편을 드는건 아닙니다

9회 sk 공격에서 1루주자 박정권의 슬라이딩장면이 바로 확인시켜주었으니까요


재미있는 장면이죠 ㅎㅎ

베이스와는 상관없는 1루로 송구하는 2루수 안치홍에게 완벽하게 슬라이딩 하는 동작이네요

물론 정상적인 송구로 병살플레이가 나와 별말이 없었겠지만 시즌중에 병살플레이를 보면 위처럼

베이스와는 전혀 다른방향의 슬라이딩을 하는 경우가 허다합니다

이런말이 있죠 위같은 상황에서의 슬라이딩은 베이스가 아닌 수비선수 눈을 보고 슬라이딩한다고

이런걸 보면 위에 김상현 선수의 슬라이딩은 양반처럼 보이네요 한쪽발을 내밀긴 했지만 그래도 다른 한쪽발이 베이스를

향해있고 몸 또한 베이스를 향해 커버하고 있으니까요

그냥 재미있는 장면인데 이로인해 말이 많고 또 바로 이를 증명이라도 해주는듯한 장면이 나와서 올려봤습니다 ^^

스니커즈만 신다보니 발에 굳은살이 생기기 시작했다

그래서 쿠션이 있는 신발을 구매하려고 생각중이었는데

뜻하지 않게 나이키 신발을 선물 받았다

국내 발매상품은 아니기에 국내에서는 정보찾기가 쉽지 않았는데 일부 멀티샵에서

직수입 판매를 하는곳이 있었다 선물받은 것이기에 가격이 궁금했지만 직수입 판매하는곳에서도

품절상품이라고 올라와 가격은 확인이 어렵게 되었다 대충확인해보니 10만원대 후반정도의 제품으로 보인다

생각지도 않게 비싼 신발이 생겨 기분좋기도 하지만 신발을 너무 학대?하며 신는 나에게는 조금 부담스럽기도 하다


인터넷에서 찾다보니 그나마 사진이 몇개있어서 하나 올린다

에어맥스하면 매니아들도 많은걸로 아는데 이건 관심끌 정도의 물건은 아닌듯보인다

소위 레어템이 아닌게 조금 아쉽기도 하지만 어차피 나와의 인연은 1~2년 뿐일테니 상관없다

암튼 공짜로 신발하나 생겨서 기분좋은 날이다 ㅎㅎ

Anti-virus, Anti-spyware 라는 말은 컴퓨터를 할줄 아는사람이라면 보안에 관심이 없어도

한번쯤은 들어봤을만한 단어들이다

두가지 모두 보안제품을 의미하는 말이지자 제품군에 대해 통칭하여 사용하는 단어들이다

불과 몇년전만 해도 Anti-virus, Anti-spyware  라는 타이틀을 달고 나오는 단독 제품군들이

너무나 많았다 또한 이중 한가지 제품만을 전문적으로 개발 발전해 나가는 회사들도 있었다

서로의 영역에 대해 확실한 선을 긋고 있는것 처럼 보였고  하나의 보안벤더에서 두가지

제품을 모두 선보이며 전혀 다른 활동영역을 가진것 처럼 보여지기도 했었다

하지만 근래들어 바뀐점은 여전히 많은 수의 보안벤더에서 Anti-virus, Anti-spyware 라는

제품군을 가지고 각각의 독립적인 제품들을 판매하는 회사도 있지만 Anti-virus, Anti-spyware

둘중 하나만을 전문적으로 하는 회사의 제품들의 성능이 막강해짐으로 인해 서로의 영역을

넘나들고 이제는 그 경계를 구분하기도 쉽지 않은 상황이다

처음에 이런한 악성코드들의 구분이 어렵지 않았을수도 있었겠지만 지금은 나날이 진화해가는

악성코드덕에 양쪽의 특성을 모두지닌 그래서 어느범주에 넣어도 무방할 녀석들이 대거

출현하면서 경계가 허물어지기 시작했다 그래서인지 엔진통합이나 Anti-virus, Anti-spyware 와
 
기타 부가기능들을 통합한 통합솔루션들이 최근의 주를 이루고있다

우리나라의 대표적인 보안벤더인 안랩역시 v3 365 이후에 엔진을 통합하였고 그로인해

오랫동안 많은 사랑을 받았던 spy zero 는 더이상 구매하기 어렵게 되었다

security suit 나 total solution, anti-malware 등의 이름을 가지고 선보이는 녀석들이 바로 모든

기능들을 가지고 선보이는 제품들이다

해외 보안제품 평가에 참가하는 보안벤더들은 꼭 위의 3가지 제품명이 아니더라도 비슷한
 
통합솔루션들을 판매하고 있다 사용자 입장에서 본다면 이러한 통합솔루션의 출현으로 인해
 
잃어버린것이 있다면 과거 Anti-virus 는 A회사제품,  Anti-spyware 는 B회사제품 그리고 조금 더
 
신경쓰는 유저들이라면 방화벽까지 골라서 조합해 쓰는 나름의 재미가 있었는데 그 재미가

사라졌다고 생각한다 대신 더 개선된점이라고 본다면 하나의 벤더에서 제공하는 서비스로
 
조합된 제품이기에 과거 보안제품간 충돌문제에서 어느정도 해방되었고 너저분한 시스템들이
 
어느정도 보기좋게 정리되었다고도 볼수있다

여기서 내가 생각하는 점은 사용자들에게 사용하지도 않는 각종 부가기능으로 중무장한

제품들이 얼마나 효용성이 있느냐 라는 점이다 

설치만 하면 모든걸 척척 알아서 해주는 그런 제품이 있어서 수많은 부가기능들이 스스로

최상의 상태를 유지해준다면 모를까 쓰지도 않는 잡다한 부가기능을 넣어 과도한 시스템

부하를 일으키는 제품들을 보면 컴퓨터를 사용하기 위해 보안제품을 쓰는건지 보안제품을
 
쓰기위해 컴퓨터를 사용하게 되는건지도 혼동이 오는 경우가 생길 수준이다

다행이 최근들어 시스템 퍼포먼스 측면에서의 성능 개선에 많은 보안벤더들이 초점을 맞추고 

있지만 여전히 수많은 부가기능을 탑재하고 최고의 성능을 위해 다른 부분을 희생하려 하지
 
않는 몇몇의 보안제품을 보면 웬지 사용자의 입장을 생각하지 않는 역발상이 아닌가 라는 생각이든다

다행이 국내 업체들도 그렇고 글로벌 벤더들도 최근에 퍼포먼스 측면에 많은 노력을 기울이는

모습이 이제서야 사용자 입장의 보안환경에 맞춰가는건 아닌가 라는 생각이다

보안이 강력할수록  사람을 귀찮게 한다 라는 생각을 가지고 있지만 강력할 필요가 없는 상황에서도

강력한 보안을 유지하려 하는것은  정말 상황에 대해 이해가 부족해 이것 저것 다설치해야 그저

좋은줄만 알고있는 보안병 환자가 아니라면 살아있다는 존재감을 확인하고 싶은 이유가 아닐런지...



 

MS 윈도우 제품 사용중 보안제품을 삭제후 다른제품을 설치할 경우

이미 삭제한 제품의 이름이 보안센터에 뜨는경우를 종종 볼수있다 또한 새로 설치한 제품을 인식하지 못하고

기존의 삭제된 제품만을 인식하는 경우도 있다

이런 경우 생각보다 어렵지 않게 해결이 가능하다

지금 윈도우7 에서 작성하지만 아마도 동일할 것이라는 생각이들어 윈도우7 화면을 기준으로 작성한다

하지만 이내용은 오래전 윈도우 XP 사용시절부터 이용하던 방법이고 비스타에서도 정상적으로 작동하는걸 

확인했었기에 윈도우7도 가능하리라 생각된다

먼저 보안센터는 호환되는 보안제품을 인식하여 보여주게 되는데 기존의 설정들을 모두 삭제해야한다

이문제는 안티바이러스 제품 뿐만 아니라 방화벽 프로그램에서 일어나는 문제들도 해결가능하다

먼저 제어판에서 관리도구를 열고 관리도구의 항목중 서비스를 클릭한다


서비스 항목을 열고 Windows Management Instrumentartion 항목을 연다


서비스 상태를 중지를 눌러서 중지시킨다  시작유형은 자동으로 되어있는지 확인후 확인버튼을 눌러 빠져나온다

그리고 c\Windows\System32\whem\Repository 경로로 이동하여 Repository 폴더의 모든 파일을 삭제한다

그리고 재부팅하면 정상적으로 인식이 가능하다

재부팅시 시작유형이 자동으로 되어있기에 따로 설정을 하지 않아도 된다

보안제품 변경시 이문제로 고민하고 또 심지어는 포맷까지 하는 분들이 있어 도움이 될까하고 남겨봅니다
 

화창한 일요일 키보드를 하나 구하고자 용산에 갔습니다

워낙 노트북에 익숙해진터라 멤브레인 키보드를 사용하면 안그래도 느린 타자실력이 더느려지는데다

오타까지 급증해 능률이 좀처럼 오르지 않아서 키보드를 하나더 장만하기로 했죠

키보드 조건은 펜타그래프 방식이고 기능키가 최대한 없는 제품을 고르고자 하였고

그래서 나름 머리속에 아이락스 무선 키보드+마우스 세트를 염두해두고 있었습니다

도착해 열심히 발품을 팔던중간 눈에 확 들어오는 키보드를 발견했는데

2만원 남짓의 가격에 무선은 아니지만 키보드에서 드물게 아이솔레이션 키보드였습니다

소니 노트북 제품군에 사용하기 시작한 키보드 방식으로 키마다 약간의 간격이 있어 오타방지에 효과적이라고 하는군요

무선 키보드 마우스 세트를 염두해두고 있었기에 나름 고민을 했지만 마치 애플의 맥을연상시키는 디자인에

어느새 지갑을 열고있는 내자신...

5만원을 예상하고 갔던지라 3만원정도의 돈이 남아 무얼할까 고민하다가 집에 반쯤 고장나 돌아다니는 4개의 무선마우스의

존재를 까맣게 잊고 또다시 싸구려 무선 마우스를 구매해 버린 한심한놈....

마우스는 뭐 어차피 오래 못가리라 예상하고 있으니 제외하기로 하고

일단 이놈의 사진을 공개하려고 하였으나 3년된 500만 화소의 디카 .... 사실 이걸로 다른 사람들이 찍으면 잘나오던데

왜 내가 찍으면 항상 이상한지 모르겠다 사람을 가리는건지...

암튼 몇장 찍다가 포기하고 그나마 나은놈으로 두장 올립니다


음 역시 생각대로 사진이 너무 구리군요 다른사람들은 핸드폰 카메라로도 잘만 찍던데 ㅠㅠ

이렇게 보니 검은색이라 더더욱 사진빨이 안나오는듯하고

일단 키감이나 모든면이 상당히 만족스럽습니다

얇은 두께에 키감이 생각보다 상당히 가볍고 부드럽네요 다른 제품들의 키스킨과 다르게 이걸 실리콘이라고 불러야 하는지

정확히는 모르겠지만 일단 키스킨 질이 다르네요 마치 고무키캡을 씌워논듯하여 키를 눌렀을때 옆에 키의 커버가 올라가거나

하는 싸구려틱한 모습은 없어서 좋네요 구겨지지도 않고 얇고 착달라붙는게 아주 만족스럽네요

기능키가 아주 없는건 아니지만 볼륨조절과 브라우저실행키 그리고 슬립모드 전화키 이렇게만 있어 이부분도 나름 

만족스럽구요

얼마전에도 싸구려 무선 키보드 마우스 세트에 당하고 또다시 구입한 키보드 그리고 기대안하는 마우스

키보드만이라도 만족스럽게 오래썼으면 좋겠네요 ^^

참고로 화이트 색상은 맥쓰시는분들이 스페이스바의 회사 로고만 지우고 사용한다면 감쪽같겠네요 ㅎㅎ 

오랜만에 글을 쓰는듯합니다

소개할 프로그램은 유튜브검색을 이용한 온라인 뮤직 플레이어 & 인코더 입니다

뭐 뮤직플레이어나 인코더는 무료로 제공하는 제품이 수도없이 많고 무엇보다 개인의

취향이 많이 반영되어 선택되는 프로그램들이기에 소개만 하려고 합니다

설치는 생략하고 먼저 최초 실행시에 뜨는 로딩화면입니다


단순하죠 프로그램 이름만 뜨고 서버와 연결중이라고 뜨네요

실행된 화면입니다


실행후 검색창에 within temtation 이라는 그룹을 검색해보았습니다

고딕메탈을 하는 그룹으로 여성보컬의 목소리가 좋아서 즐겨듣는 음악입니다 ^^

위와 같이 검색을 하면 검색창 아래로 유튜브에 검색된 음악들이 보여집니다

검색된 곡명앞에 + 버튼을 누르면 검색창위에 보이는 play list 에 등록하면 됩니다



자신이 좋아하는 곡들을 모두 골라 paly list 에 등록했다면 save 버튼을 눌러 자신의 PC 에 저장도 가능합니다

근데 여기서 노래 자체는 저장이 되지 않고 리스트만 저장되어 다음번에 들을때 검색을 하지 않아도 됩니다

노래구매는 중앙 위쪽에 보이는것 처럼 buy 버튼을 눌러 구매해야겠죠

여기서 유튜브는 동영상을 검색하는 곳이죠 ^^

아시는분들은 눈치 채셨겠지만 동영상도 함께 볼수가 있습니다


위에 표시되어있는 것처럼 버튼을 누르면 검색결과창이 사라지고 노래검색시에 올라온 동영상이 재생됩니다



음 영상이 좀 음산해 보이는 것이 캡쳐가 되버렸네요 ^^;

뭐 노래 장르가 그런쪽이다 보니 ㅎㅎ

이정도의 기능만 소개하고 인코더를 보겠습니다

사실 저역시 play list 를 등록해 듣기에 encoder 를 사용할일은 거의 없습니다

그래도 혹시 필요로 하시는분들 위해 잠깐 그림만 보여드리겠습니다

인코더를 실행하는 방법은


이처럼 윈도우 시작키를 눌러 실행하는 방법과


위처럼 플레이어를 실행시킨 상황이라면 우측하래 빨간동그라미가 그려져있는 부분을 눌러 실행시키면 됩니다



실행된 화면입니다 저도 사용해보진 않았지만 MP3 파일로만 변환이 되나 봅니다

참고로 유튜브에 올라와있는 것이라면 대부분 검색이 가능하구요 한글로 입력해 국내가수를 검색해도 검색이 가능합니다 ^^

이런게 있는줄도 모르다가 저에게 오게되어 알게되었네요

참 좋은 의도로 시작된 내용인데 생각보다 기간이 얼마 남지 않은게 아쉽네요 ^^


저는 컴퓨터 소프트웨어나 하드웨어 둘다 잘하지는 못하지만 꽤나 관심이 많은 편입니다

소프트웨어라 하면 뭐 주로 보안제품이나 기능성 유틸들이 대부분고 그냥 겨우 활용하는수준입니다

하드웨어는 여기저기서 귀동냥으로 배운 오버클럭이나 성능테스트 수준이구요

근데 전공은 인문계열이고 몇년동안 공부했던건 법조문 몇줄이라 특히 이분야에는 컴맹들이 많죠

컴퓨터를 만지는걸 보면 저보고 컴터 생각보다 좀 아네 라는 소리를 많이 듣습니다

어렵지 않은것이지만 제가하면 다들 신기해 하는듯한 느낌을 받게 되곤하죠

또 올초에 바뀐 닉네임덕에 요즘은 듣질 못했지만 예전 닉네임이 지연홀릭이었습니다

블로그 메인에 떠있는 여성분 사진에 오해도 은근 있었는데 이젠 그런분이 안계시네요 ^^

전화번호도 몇개 받았었는데 ^^

참고로 블로그 여성분은 6년째 모시고 있는 애인님이십니다 ^^;

뭐 여전히 재미있는 이야기는 없군요

아 또하나 있군요 제 블로그에 올라오는 글이 제품에 관한 내용인데 죄다 영문이라 제가 영어를 잘하는 줄 잘못 알고 계시는

분들이 꽤나 많은것 같은데 사실 영어는 꽝입니다 제가 글을 올리지만 저도 다 안읽어 보는것들도 많구요

읽다보면 형편없는 영어실력에 짧은글이라도 시간이 훌쩍지나가는 그런 수준입니다

사실 제가 하는 해석이 정확한지도 자신이 없구요 ㅎㅎ

여전히 재미없는 내용뿐이군요

다음 주자에게 바통을 넘김니다



막상 윗분들에게 바통을 넘기고자 하니 워낙 눈팅만 하고 글을 남기지 않아 저의 존재감이 있을지 모르겠네요

사실 제 블로그를 모르시는 분들도 있을것 같구요

그나마 왕래가 조금이나마 있는분들은 워낙 유명하신분들이라 벌써 다 하셨기에 부득이 세분에 제 짐을 넘기게 되었네요

아시아의 맹주를 자처하던 일본과의 준결승전에서 구대성을 이을 새로운 일본 킬러로

성장해준 김광현...

그리고 송승준 , 봉중근 등등 대한민국의 마운드를 든든하게 지켜준 투수진과

필요한 요소요소에 집중력을 발휘해준 대한민국의 타자들과 역시 중요한시점에

중요한 한방을 날려준 이승엽선수

모두 고생하셨습니다

대한민국의 야구팬으로서 다시한번 박수를 보내드립니다

그외 묵묵히 열심히 자기몫을 다해준 모든 선수분들 정말로 수고하셨습니다

이번 야구를 지켜보면 야구팬으로서 가장 아쉬운 점은

앞으로의 대한민국 국가 대표팀에서 가장 중요한 역할을 해야할 선수들에

대해 느끼게되네요

타선에서는 김현수 이용규 김광현 장원삼 류현진 윤석민 등 어린선수들이 주축이 되었다는 점은

다른 어떤 소식보다도 좋은 소식이 아닐까하네요

다만 아쉬운점은 승리를 확실히 매조지 할수있는 마무리라는 직책의 부재가 어느때보다도 크게

느껴지는것은 저만은 아니었을것이라 생각합니다

앞으로 대표팀의 뒷문을 책임질 한기주가 불기주라고 비난을 받고 있는 대목이 가슴아프네요

다잘할수는 없었기에 한기주 선수는 이번대회를 좋은 경험으로 삼아 더 정진하는 모습을

보여줬으면 합니다

마무리가 구질이 많아야 한다고 느끼는건 아니지만 너무 단조로운 패턴은 너무 위험하다는게

여실히 느껴지는군요

이번 대회로 기죽지말고 금메달을 딴 팀원이라는 자부심을 가지고 더욱더 매진하여

앞으로 국내프로야구에서 뿐만아니라 내년봄에 있을 월드베이스볼 클래식에서

명예회복을 할수있길 바라며 노력하길 바라겠습니다

그외 오승환선수가 다시 지난 월드베이스볼 클래식때의 구위를 되찾아 한국 프로야구

마무리 투수 부분 모든 기록을 갈아치우고 미국 과 일본 못지 않은 기록을 남겨주길 다시한번

바랍니다

김경문 감독님을 비롯한 24인의 태극전사들 정말 고생많았습니다

다음주 화요일 부터 시작하는 프로야구리그에서 더 좋은 모습으로 만나길 기대하겠습니다 ^^

I am so excited!!!
I haven't listen to this song many times before, because I was at my age of 3 at that time in China. I just know the song "hand in hand", it just sounds familiar to me. But two days ago, I heard my idol singing this song in a ceremony,then I was almost crying. The song really moved me to tears.She sang it good,but I think this song belongs to Korean people then I search for this original video,and it's so amazing to me !

Not the same. the 1st part in korean and the 2nd part in english, they're not the same meaning. You can check Koreana's M/V, then you can figure out what they sang in the 1st part.

Yes it was a great ceremony. The rhythm and lyrics are very strong. When i watched it on 1988, i felt inspired. Truly i think this seoul olympics 88 was best presentation ever.

This theme song is incredibly moving that I can't stop my tears. It is well composed, and superbly executed by the fabulous Korean singers. I feel so pround of them all. My heart-felt many thanks to all Koreas who have given everything they've got to make this 88 olympic game such a resounding success. Love you all.

i got teary while watching this. As a korean, I never realized how rapidly s.korea had economically evolved since the war in the 50's, i guess it was a revolutionary moment for us koreans. Plus, my father competed in the 88 olympics. Wish i was there, but my mom was probably in the hospital giving birth to me while this even was going on ^^;;

Here In Peru, Our women volleyball national team was competing for the gold match volleyball against Usrr. Unfortunately, we lost that exciting match. That song makes me cry cause I remember that day in Hang yan university coliseum. I always watch the video of the final women volleyball listening that song at the same time. I love Hand in Hand.

Korea organized A LOT of performers. I hope we can do that again. There were much less people organized for the 2002 World Cup. Maybe it's harder to do that in Korea now.
I like how they included all those tradional performers and mascots from around the world. 1988 was the first time I saw the Arabian sword dance, and the French on stilts.

This song is so beautiful it was a mark in my life when i watching this opening i was only 13 y/o in my country Brazil and i loved when i saw our delegation coming in that stadium i was so proud also for the awsome opening with this unforgatable song by the korean people i never forgot this kept on sing this song even years later after the olimpics there was over!

My high school was located in right cross from that Olympic Main Stadium. I remember those times, NBC people were stayed in our school building to broadcast. Wether was wonderful and there were people came from all over the world. The song was played everyday, but some reason that song I can't never bored of. It touched me every time I heard. It touches me even more now since I'm in abroad. Thanks for posting. I had a moment to enjoy the memories.

hehe, take it easy, just a kidding. I have a good memory about when the torch was ignited many doves around it perished in the flame. Beijing olympic should try to avoid this happenning. And, I also remember China won just 5 gold medals in 1988, least ever in all the olympic games China attended, so, I hope korea will win less than 5....hehe, kidding again, best wish to korea brother in Beijing.

I agree with most of the comments here that this is the best Olympic song ever. Friends Forever the Olympic song for Beijing 2008 though is nice but pale in comparison with Hand in Hand

No doubt this is the best Olympics ever. I was only 8 back then, the music is still vivid in my memory after 20 yrs. Lots of respect to Korean people who held a successful Olympics, the country recovered quickly from Asian financial crisis in 1997.
When you are looking at the video. Perhaps we do have a duty to make this world a better place to live.....no matter where we come from.

Thanks for good comments on our olympic. As Korean, I'm so happy about that. That singer group is named 'Koreana' and the song title is 'Hand in hand'. Unfoutunately I was to young at that time. :-)

Yeah I know that song. The title is just "KOREA"., It's not official song and also famous too, but not as much Hand in hand. It is sung by Leslie Mandoki&Eva Sun. and Japanese singers SoJoDae sings too.

Funny how we, who come from everywhere all looking for this song. I guess with the coming olympics, we remember this precious moment like no other. It seemed such an innocent time. I feel like crying whenever I hear this. A great tune. The best song from the olympics ever. I forgot the name of the mascot but I remember liking it a lot.

The mascot was a cartoon tiger with a traditional Korean hat on (the one that has a spinning cord. I remember because I was wearing a t-shirt with the mascot on it when I was three. lol.

Is this a really popular song? I first heard it in Chinese sung by Taiwanese singers like S.H.E and LeeHom Wang, then I heard it being sung by Hangeng gege and Jang Ri jie jie at the 200 days thing for the 2008 Olympics, and now I see the Korean one from 1988 Olympics. So coolio!

The absolute best Olympic theme song, ever!
Was stationed in South Korea during this same time and have traveled back and forth as a civilian since. It amazes me how much the 1988 Seoul Olympic games actually excelled that nation, right after their political change from authoritarian government to a democracy in December of 1987. So many great memories, an experience that will last a life time! 2nd Infantry Division.....Hoorah!

What a tremendous ceremony. The opening ceremonies have definitely become more glitzy with more lighting effects and big name stars, but I will always remember the above moment as the quintessential moment that defined the true spirit of the Olympic games.

Hello, London is not much bigger than Seoul. Korea, China and in general Asia should host future Olympics. Asian take this games seriously and Asians are more hospitable than western. Don't be arrogant, people will say exactly the same thing about London come 2012. I don't think London can't match the Olympic games held in Seoul and the upcoming one in Beijing.

개인적으로 보아온 전쟁영화중 최고이며 누가 봐도 수작이라고 할만한 작품이다

톰행크스가 감독을 맡았다

2001년도 미국에서 첫방송 되었고 그후 유럽까지 엄청난 시청률로 인기 몰이를 하기도 했다

국내에서도 케이블 tv 를 통해 방영된적이 있다

앞으로 이만한 전쟁 영화가 또 나올지가 의문스러울 정도의 대작이라 생각된다
